Our clients were selling their house to move overseas and engaged us to ensure the best outcome at sale.
The house, being a couple years old, was only partially furnished and required a couple of cosmetic touch ups.
Using some of the clients own furniture, we style to appeal to the desired market. Staging to appeal to the target demographic of the area, young families, we transformed unfurnished spaces into styling children's bedrooms and using soft colours and textures give the property a more feminine overhaul.
