This client engaged our services to design a full apartment renovation.
Designing to appeal to the short term AirBnB rental market with a contemporary feel, capitalising on the North facing aspect. Being a keen DIYer, we simply provided the client with a mood board including finish samples, renovation schedule, and a styling schedule. Armed with the right tools, our client was able to complete this renovation by outsourcing trades and styling on their own. Once the renovation and styling was complete, our client saw the benefits immediately! The client was able to increase their nightly rental fee and still saw higher occupancy. We were delighted to see our vision come to life through our clients hard work. |
