While we provide full-service design and renovations in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and along the Capricorn Coast of Central Queensland. Our design services are utilised by clients Australia wide through e-Design.

From concept through to completion, Pretty On The Inside can help you create your dream interior space. We offer complete interior design packages from full renovation and decoration schedules; scope of works to project management support. When designing your space, every detail is highly considered to create interiors that are not only beautiful but that will stand the test of time. 

Residential Colour Consulting Package $380 (90 minute onsite consultation)
Colour is a crucial element of interior design; it has the power to transform a space, evoke emotion and create mood. If you solely need help with paint colours (interior or exterior), then is package for you.

Pick My Brain Package $280 (90 minute onsite consultation)
My “pick my brain” package, includes a 90 minute onsite with me to get some just general advice on your renovation and styling ideas. This package is for those who know exactly what they want to do and need general advice and guidance on their design and renovation plans. This will also include a project overview document, any relevant notes, links or referrals required.

Complete Design & Renovation Package – POA

All our design for profit packages are individually crafted to achieve your specific goal, whether you are renovating to sell or rent. We complete extensive market research of your suburb, by doing this, we create a property that is both appealing to your target market and a standout property listing.

Sale
We aim to keep renovation budgets at the right level, so you can spend enough to renovate effectively but not so much that you will over capitalise on the property

Long Term Rental
Create a renovation plan that ensures you can get maximum rental return on your renovation spend. We also focus on sourcing finishes that are best suited for a rental property but will give you the best ROI and longevity.

Short Term/Holiday Rental
Create a renovation and decoration plan that ensures you can get maximum rental return and occupancy on your renovation spend. We do this by “selling” your listing through strategic design and decoration. Creating a unique experience for the renter

Digital Render - from $500 
For those of you who need a visual reference, a full 3D render of your new space, including a fully animated fly through will be provided for your reassurance. 

Styling Session - $220 per space
Final Styling session of your finished space. Once all work is completed and all decorative items are onsite, we will come out and style the space for you. This includes styling all the finishing touches, including artwork placement and soft furnishings. This upgraded is recommended for those who are unsure about pulling the space all together. Especially, rooms that will be listed for sale or added to the short term rental market (Eg. Airbnb), where strategic styling is very important for the overall aesthetic of the space.

Design Support Package $550 (Full day sourcing excursion in person or via virtual including email & video calls)
Need some design support? Are you reasonably confident in your decisions but need an expert to bounce ideas off? This package allows you to run all your interior selections through a qualified interior designer. This will give you piece of mind that your all your selections will work in harmony to create your desired look and feel of the space. Jackie can accompany you to your preferred shops and suppliers and give you the guidance and support to make decisions on all your interior selections. Alternatively, this service is provided virtually via a combination of emails and video calls while you're out and about making your choices.
